Your mind is overloaded with information,
not moving,
blocks the arrival of new information.
2nd -
COUNT
3 things
in your environment,
And keep repeating.
Your Anxiety comes from
the fear of possible futures,
counting helps you
ground yourself
in the present.
3rd -
BREATHE.
Take a deep breath,
hold it in for 10 seconds,
and breathe out,
repeat this 4 times,
Allow yourself to Calm down.
This moment
isn’t random,
and it isn’t a one-time thing,
it will keep happening unless,
you find the cause,
so don’t waste time
and assess the issue,
identify the causes,
and if it is something deeper
than that,
I’m here for you.
